Job summary

JobandTalent is recruiting for an onsite Account Manager to join our team at Hams Hall Coleshill for our client, a leading 3PL, based at B46 1AL. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend duties during peak periods.

You will build local client relationships, support onsite operations, forecast recruitment, and help manage agency staff. A good standard of English and strong communication are essential, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as an account manager, onsite manager, or consultant
• Full training provided
• English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain local client relationships as a representative of JobandTalent
• Deliver onsite service to the client and integrate with their operations
• Support onsite operations with staffing, agency management and understanding client needs
• Forecast recruitment pipeline and assist with onsite planning
• Manage agency staff attendance and disciplinaries
• Conduct registration sessions per site recruitment plan
• Demonstrate ownership of account management and site processes
