Sinoboom UK is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the assigned UK territory. You will identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle with rental companies, construction firms, and industrial customers.

You will collaborate with service and technical teams to deliver an excellent customer experience, travel within the UK, and maintain CRM records. A full UK driving licence and experience in MEWPs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical or capital equipment sales within construction equipment, plant hire, or heavy machinery sector.
• Experience with MEWPs or powered access equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the UK plant hire market; an established industry network would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule effectively.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new business with rental companies, construction firms, and industrial customers within the territory.
• Build long-term customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Sinoboom’s MEWP range and deliver product demonstrations.
