Job summary

HR Services & Solutions is helping a global manufacturer of powered access equipment find a Regional Sales Manager to cover North or South UK. The role focuses on managing key accounts, winning new business from competitors, and shaping the Sales & Marketing plan in collaboration with HQ.

Ideal candidates will have a strong MEWPS or rental sector background, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work autonomously with a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously and manage own territory.
• Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Solid commercial background in MEWPS or related rental sectors.
• Proven track record of growing sales and profit margins.
• Identify new product opportunities and position the company as partner of choice.
• Driving licence is a prerequisite.
• Self-starter able to work remotely with HQ support.
• Good knowledge of CRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts within a defined territory.
• Deliver New Business sales from competitor accounts.
• Assist in formulating the Sales & Marketing strategy for the business.
• Increase the customer database and identify new markets and opportunities.
• Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging client relationships.
• Operate autonomously with a commercially astute mindset.
