Job summary

Databricks is seeking a world-class leader to grow and guide the UK Forward Deployed AI Engineering team. You will oversee AI/ML transformations for key customers, recruit top data scientists, and manage a portfolio of EMEA accounts from London.

You will report to the Director AI FDE and collaborate with Product, R&D, and GTM to shape the roadmap and delivery model while driving revenue and customer references.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and leading data science/ML teams.
• Ability to guide and sell technical engagements in enterprise settings.
• Strong background in ML, GenAI, and production AI in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the AI PS team in the UK with hiring and mentoring.
• Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners.
• Align with Field Engineering and Sales for strategy and delivery coordination.
• Shape delivery processes and scalable engagement models for repeatability.
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts and revenue.
