Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Manager, Field Engineering (Data and AI) to lead a team of pre‑sales Solutions Architects in the UK&I, with a focus on Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods. You will drive revenue growth by guiding complex engagements, coaching team members, and partnering with sales to accelerate platform adoption across strategic accounts.

You will report to the Director, Field Engineering and help Databricks expand its UK&I presence by building a collaborative, customer‑obsessed team

Qualifications

• Leadership of pre‑sales architects for complex strategic accounts.
• Experience building and mentoring Big Data/AI/Cloud teams.
• Ability to define GTM strategies for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record with complex sales cycles and customer value building.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders in large organisations.
