Databricks seeks a world-class leader to head and expand the EMEA Forward Deployed AI Engineering (AI FDE) team in London. You will recruit, mentor, and structure a high-performing AI/ML services group and build strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders across major accounts in EMEA.

You will drive cross-functional delivery coordination with Product, R&D, and GTM to influence roadmaps and ensure successful AI transformations.

Formación

• Experience leading data science/ML teams and leaders.
• Track record of scaling teams and developing scalable processes.
• Ability to guide, scope, and sell technical engagements in enterprise environments.
• Deep ML/GenAI expertise and staying current with industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the EMEA AI FDE team with hiring, mentoring, and scalable structure.
• Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners at VP+/CIO/CDO levels.
• Coordinate with Field Engineering and Sales to align strategies for strategic accounts.
• Design scalable engagement models and reusable delivery solutions for repeatability.
