Qualifications

• Must have hands-on desktop support experience for Windows and macOS.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
• Experience with enterprise tools like SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira or BMC Remedy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full desktop assistance to end-users, resolving hardware/software issues.
• Configure, maintain and repair computer hardware components and peripherals.
• Manage network infrastructure to ensure stable connectivity and security policies.
• Support server OS environments for user accounts and security policy enforcement.
• Document technical procedures using help desk tools like ServiceNow or Jira; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and hardware deployments in cross-functional teams.
