Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience within industrial environments.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and market share gains.
• Significant P&L leadership experience within regional or multi-site organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK & Ireland business with full P&L accountability, delivering profitable growth.
• Drive strategic account development and expand recurring revenue in services.
• Define and execute regional strategy aligned with European objectives.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable culture and lead a large, decentralized team.
• Leverage data, analytics and digital tools to drive decision making and performance.
