Success requires a track record of profitable growth in industrial B2B, strong customer relationships, and the ability to transform teams and processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in industrial environments.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and market share gains.
• Significant P&L leadership experience in regional or multi-site organizations.
• Experience leading commercial transformation and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK & Ireland business with full P&L accountability.
• Deliver sustainable, profitable growth through market share expansion and strategic account development.
• Define and execute regional business strategy aligned with European objectives.
