# Regional Director - BSI UK & IE**Business Unit Manager UK & Regional Director UK & Ireland****About the Role:**ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is looking for a commercially driven and transformational leader to join our leadership team as Business Unit Manager UK & Regional Director UK & Ireland.This is a high-impact leadership role with full responsibility for the performance and growth of our UK & Ireland business. Reporting into the SVP and Head of Business Segment Industrial, you will lead a large, service-led business, driving commercial excellence, sales productivity, market share growth, and customer lifetime value across the region.We are looking for an accomplished business leader with a strong track record of delivering profitable growth through high-performing sales organizations and service-centric business models. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in growing recurring revenue streams, developing strategic customer relationships, and leading teams that consistently outperform in competitive B2B markets.As a member of the BSI Europe Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, accelerating business transformation, and strengthening our market position.
