Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a commercially driven leader to become the Business Unit Manager UK & Regional Director UK & Ireland. You will drive growth, lead a large service-led organization, and own the regional strategy across the UK & Ireland with full P&L responsibility.

You will shape strategy, manage senior teams, and accelerate transformation using data, CRM/ERP tools, and customer-focused execution. Travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK & Ireland business with full P&L accountability.
• Deliver sustainable profitable growth through market share expansion and strategic accounts.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation and leverage data to improve decision-making.
