Job summary

BIC World is recruiting a Demand Planner for UK and Ireland. You will build the demand plan for UK/IE in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and drive alignment with regional and HQ teams. You will own continuous improvement and play a key role in S&OP/IBP transitions.

Responsibilities include forecasting ~600 SKUs, managing promotions, and ensuring product availability for TOP listings while coordinating with supply teams and finance on rolling forecasts.

Qualifications

• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecast for ~600 active UK/IE SKUs, representing 4% of EU sales in value.
• Build a 24-month demand plan in Blue Yonder using history, promos and sell-out data.
• Consolidate forecasts for promotions and new products from Sales/Marketing.
• Partner with GM, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Finance and with HQ.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias; propose actions to improve OTIF.
• Collaborate with Finance on quarterly rolling forecasts and close gaps.
• Lead monthly local Demand Review for sign-off by top management.
• Support S&OP to IBP transformation with regional leadership.
• Coordinate with supply teams to secure product availability for TOP SKUs.
• Coordinate slow movers and obsolete stock reductions with Sales/Marketing.
• Act as process owner/Key user for the European team.
