Job summary

A UK-based FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Group Demand Planner to enhance demand planning capabilities within their supply chain. The successful candidate will own the demand forecasting process, working closely with various stakeholders to create an accurate and actionable demand plan. Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end demand forecasting process at group level.
• Develop and maintain statistical forecasts across customers, categories, and products.
• Lead the monthly demand review cycle within the S&OP / IBP framework.
