Job summary

Lime Talent is partnering with a growing consumer products business to appoint a Demand Planner in the UK. You will own the demand planning process across a varied product portfolio and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to improve forecast accuracy.

You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyse data to provide commercial insight, and support inventory management to balance service levels and working capital.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning/Forecasting within FMCG or SKU-led environments.
• Strong Excel skills with large datasets.
• Experience producing management information and presenting insights.
• Understanding of forecast accuracy, bias and supply KPIs.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SKU and customer-level demand forecasts.
• Analyse historical sales, forecasts, seasonality, promotions and trends.
• Manage forecasts for new product launches and range changes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to interpret demand signals.
• Support S&OP/demand review process and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and balance availability with inventory targets.
• Identify stock shortages and slow-moving lines; recommend actions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for visibility of sales, demand and stock.
• Produce regular performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual work.
