Job summary

BIC World is seeking a UK Demand Planner to own the demand plan for the UK & Ireland markets. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Finance to build forecasts, review accuracy, and drive IBP readiness.

You will work with S&OP and IBP transitions, ensuring product availability for top SKUs and key promotions, while developing cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced European team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience within a similar position.
• Cross-functional experiences are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecast for ~600 active SKUs UK/IE.
• Build a strong demand plan on a 24-month horizon in Blue Yonder.
• Challenge and consolidate forecasts for promotions and new products.
• Lead the monthly local Demand Review for sign-off by top management.
• Support S&OP to IBP transformation and collaborate with EU teams.
• Coordinate availability for TOP SKUs and key promotions.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Act as process owner or Key user for the European team.
