Proofpoint is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our UK sales team. The role focuses on qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and generating sales opportunities for the sales organization.

You will work with regional sales and marketing teams to drive outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up strategies. You will gather intelligence on assigned accounts, connect with decision makers, and schedule product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with strong phone etiquette.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in goal-driven roles is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and develop inbound and outbound leads; respond to product inquiries.
• Schedule demonstrations between Commercial Sales team and potential customers.
• Manage email campaigns and cold-calling to generate new prospects.
• Complete accurate tracking of communications in Salesforce.
• Gather intelligence on accounts and connect with influencers/decision makers.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing on ABM for the UK sales team.
