Job summary

VetThing Limited is expanding its integration team in the UK. Join a fast-growing veterinary group to manage end-to-end integration of practices joining VetThing through acquisition, ensuring registration, insurance and compliance are completed on time.

You will collaborate with M&A deal leads, central functions and external advisers, refining processes as we scale and supporting wider group projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK veterinary practice or another regulated, multi-site business.
• Clear understanding of GDPR, CMA or regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects with multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate each acquisition from deal set-up to post-completion.
• Deliver day-of-completion changes with stakeholders and regulators.
• Maintain integration trackers and prepare weekly updates.
