Job summary

Vocative Consulting is hiring a Technical Practice Lead for a permanent hybrid role in the West Midlands, with flexible remote options. You will lead onboarding delivery of bespoke customisations and integrations, coordinate across diverse virtual teams, internal stakeholders, customers and vendors, and design solutions that prioritise low/no code delivery while meeting governance and quality requirements.

You’ll work directly with customers to capture needs and create bespoke integrations

Responsibilities

• Improve delivery of bespoke customisations, integrations and other solutions for onboarding new customers.
• Work across diverse virtual teams, internal stakeholders, customers and third party vendors.
• Deliver minimal solutions to meet customer needs, prioritising low/no code delivery while ensuring governance and quality.
• Design solutions with customers, creating bespoke integrations and customisation layers outside the core product.
• Collaborate with development teams and adhere to development standards.
