Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in UK industrial/logistics projects.
• Expert knowledge of UK construction law, JCT/NEC contracts, and local cost benchmarking.
• Full professional proficiency in English; strong negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Formulate UK-specific procurement plans aligned with global objectives and local timelines.
• Vendor Management: Build a high-performing UK supplier base including Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and material suppliers.
• Execution: Manage end-to-end tendering using ERP systems to ensure transparency, cost control, and timely delivery.
