Job summary

You will manage tendering, vendor relationships, and contract compliance to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in UK industrial/logistics projects.
• Expert knowledge of UK construction law, JCT/NEC contracts, and local cost benchmarking.
• Full professional proficiency in English; strong negotiation skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Formulate UK-specific procurement plans aligned with global objectives and local timelines.
• Vendor Management: Build a high-performing UK supplier base including Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and material suppliers.
• Execution: Manage end-to-end tendering using ERP systems to ensure transparency, cost control, and timely delivery.

The Role

This position is based in the United Kingdom. This role requires an expert in the UK procurement landscape to lead development and execution for our Logistics & Industrial portfolio. Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in UK industrial/logistics projects .
• Market Knowledge: Expert knowledge of UK construction law, JCT/NEC contracts , and local cost benchmarking.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English. (No other language requirements).
• Leadership: Proven track record of driving procurement projects independently; strong negotiation skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
