Job summary

Field in London seeks an Indirects Procurement Manager to lead the company’s first global indirect spend function. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT and Engineering to map spend, run tenders, and negotiate complex contracts across multiple jurisdictions.

This senior role requires an agile operator with extensive international experience and a legal background. You will build robust procurement protocols, support rapid global expansion, and drive cost efficiency while protecting cash

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in indirect procurement or commercial management in a fast-paced scale-up or high-growth environment.
• International experience across multiple jurisdictions (UK, EU).
• Degree in law or strong contract management background.
• Ability to map complex spend and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Audit and map global indirect spend across UK and Europe.
• Consolidate vendor pools to leverage volume discounts.
• Standardize procurement processes and templates for autonomous buying.
• Draft and negotiate SOWs, MSAs, and cross-border contracts.
• Ensure compliance and data security in vendor terms.
