Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for UK&I Fire Suppression (NX Fire Systems) to lead and develop the sales team, delivering the NX Fire Systems strategy across contractor and end-user markets in the UK&I.

The role focuses on pipeline growth, revenue attainment and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and forecasting skills, with extensive experience in fire suppression and a proven sales track record in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fire suppression industry.
• At least 5 years in sales management.
• Experience selling to contractors and end users.
• Strong communication and forecasting skills.
• Ability to forecast in contracting environments.
• Experience with CRM Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire sales team.
• Develop sales strategy for UK&I NX Fire Systems.
• Drive pipeline growth and year-on-year growth.
• Coordinate with contractors and end users.
• Utilize market insights and data.
• Collaborate across channels on large bids.
