Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and execute UK&I marketing strategy. You will bridge local Sales and Global Marketing to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across the UK and Ireland.

You will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, optimize the marketing funnel, and collaborate with regional teams to address local business needs. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, analytics, and strong partner management in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience with a tech company/product/service.
• Proven success in managing complex multi-faceted marketing programs.
• Background in managing direct and channel lead-generation programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the EMEA Field Marketing Director to improve processes and manage key projects.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams across regions to meet local business needs.
• Analyse the marketing funnel, channel mix and customer segmentation to optimize pipeline generation.
• Build infrastructure to shape demand and an integrated sales funnel for lead generation across named region/countries.
• Lead strategic alignment with Channel Partners and develop joint co-marketing strategies.
• Direct external agencies and vendors to drive operational excellence with high ROI.
