Extreme Networks is seeking a strategic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for the direct and indirect GTM in the UKI. This role drives pipeline generation, accelerates sales cycles, and grows revenue.

As a member of the UKI leadership team, you will evolve the strategy, planning, and execution of field events, demand generation, and account-based campaigns, plus integrated channel initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
• 7+ years scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies with direct pipeline accountability.
• Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B.
• Proven ability to create breakthrough programs beyond traditional events—digital experiences, ABM campaigns, and omnichannel strategies.
• Strong partnership skills with sales leaders; speak their language around pipeline, conversion and revenue impact.
• Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using Salesforce, Marketo and other data analysis platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute field marketing strategy aligned with objectives, goals, and sales targets.
• Build ROI-based field marketing strategy using analytics and attribution.
• Deliver measurable pipeline targets with full accountability for conversion across segments and accounts.
• Engage stakeholders across Sales, Channel, BDR, Corporate and Regional Marketing.
• Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to develop value propositions and content.
• Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.
