Job summary

Extreme Networks is seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager for the UKI region. You will lead the field marketing function to drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and grow revenue with both virtual and in-person events, demand generation, and ABM campaigns.

The role requires deep experience in field and event marketing, ROI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Sr. Director EMEA Field Marketing, you will shape strategy and execute initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
• 7+ years scaling field marketing programs with direct pipeline accountability.
• Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute field marketing strategy aligned with objectives, owning end-to-end planning.
• Build ROI-driven field marketing strategy using pipeline attribution and predictive analytics.
• Deliver pipeline targets with accountable conversion across segments and accounts.
• Engage stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Operations.
• Create content supporting campaigns and sales motions; collaborate with product marketing.
