Job summary

Versuni in the United Kingdom and Ireland is seeking a senior commercial leader to own the UK&I growth agenda. You’ll shape the country-level strategy, oversee cross-functional operations across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain, and drive profitable expansion through channel mix including retail, e-commerce, distributors and DTC.

You’ll build external partnerships, lead a high-performance team, and translate market insights into bold actions while upholding brand integrity and consumer focus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commercial field.
10+ years in sales and commercial/marketing leadership.
Deep knowledge of the UK&I local market retail landscape and key accounts.
Proven cross-functional leadership across sales, marketing and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

Develop and steer strategic leadership for the region with cross-functional impact.
Drive financial performance and budgeting for the cluster with senior stakeholders.
Oversee offline and online sales plus commercial excellence initiatives.
Lead a cohesive, high-performing country team and cultivate a culture of ownership.
