Job summary

Versuni is seeking a senior Trade Shopper Marketing professional to lead the year-round trade plans across the UK & Ireland, collaborating with Key Account Managers, Marketing and external partners to drive sell-out and ROI.

You will build channel expertise, manage budgets and P&L with the team, brief agencies for in-store activations, and foster strong relationships with retailers like John Lewis, Currys and AO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
• Knowledge of Trade Marketing disciplines and POS materials.
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Strategic and operational thinking with budget focus.
• Experience managing budgets and maximizing ROI.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and evaluate year-round Trade Marketing plans with KAMs and Marketing managers.
• Jointly responsible for Sell out KPIs and forecast.
• Lead activation plans for key categories, tailoring to channel specifics.
• Create, manage and drive joint business plans and budgets.
• Brief agencies on in-store activations for hundreds of stores.
• Monitor in-store execution and drive improvement actions.
• Manage online campaigns for key retailers and measure ROI.
• Communicate activities to field force and support retailers.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and KAMs to sell activities.
