Essentra is seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead the UK Commercial team. You will deliver profitable growth, develop high-performing teams and strengthen customer partnerships while implementing commercial strategy to achieve strong business results.

You will own P&L performance, drive sales and customer service excellence, and collaborate with regional leadership to ensure delivery of company objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial leadership within B2B manufacturing.
• Proven P&L ownership delivering growth and margin uplift.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and finance.
• Degree in Business/Engineering/Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead sales and customer service teams to drive revenue and profitability.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting and performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Ops and HR to execute priorities.
