Job summary

Versuni seeks a Managing Director UKI to lead strategic country-level initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations. You will shape commercial strategy, oversee P&L, and drive growth by aligning regional actions with global priorities.

You'll lead a high-performing cross-functional team, manage key customers and partners, and champion ethical leadership and people development in a hybrid work environment focusing on customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commercial field (preferred).
• 10+ years of sales/commercial/marketing leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of local market retail landscape and key accounts.
• Proven P&L management, strategy development and execution across sales, marketing and ecommerce.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional and cross-market teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country-level commercial strategy for UK&I aligned with global priorities.
• Oversee country operations, ensuring alignment with regional plans and voice of UK&I Management Team.
• Drive growth by leading Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain cross-functionally.
• Lead budgeting, financial performance reporting and stakeholder management.
• Foster an ethical, high-performing team culture and employee development.
