Qualifications

• Experienced commercial or sales leader with track record of delivering growth.
• Ability to develop and implement business development or sales strategies.
• Proven capability to manage strategic accounts and senior relationships.
• Strong coaching and development of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK commercial and sales function.
• Oversee Key Account Management, Tenders and Marketing teams.
• Develop and implement short, medium and long-term growth strategies.
• Drive profitable revenue growth and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Review pricing strategies and commercial frameworks and ensure governance.
