Job summary

Impossible Cloud GmbH seeks a senior channel sales leader to own the UK & Ireland revenue for its storage and AI-enabled offerings. You will recruit distributors, MSPs and resellers, align them to sell and renew, and drive joint opportunities with end customers while addressing data sovereignty concerns.

You will run pipeline reviews, forecast rigorously, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering to showcase proofs of concept.

Qualifications

• Proven track record hitting quota in channel-led tech sales.
• Experience selling storage, backup or cloud infra to distributors/MSPs/resellers.
• Existing network with UK&I channel partners.
• Built or scaled a partner program or opened new markets.
• Exposure to AI/inference sales is a plus.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK&I revenue number for storage, from partner recruitment to closed deals.
• Win/activate distributors, MSPs and resellers and drive partner sell-through.
• Lead opportunities with end customers and manage data sovereignty conversations to signature.
• Run structured pipeline reviews with key partners and define next steps/forecast.
• Introduce managed inference to partners and AI-native customers with engineering support.
