Job summary

Westcoast Cloud, part of Westcoast Limited, seeks a sales-focused professional to grow the cloud business across the UK and Ireland. The role is hybrid, based from Theale, Reading, with opportunities to lead new reseller engagements and deliver Microsoft offerings.

You will visit customer sites, run training sessions, and support partners to accelerate cloud adoption while maintaining top-tier service and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Track record of selling in the IT channel (distributor or reseller).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Qualify Partner opportunities and build relationships with Partners.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for Partners and team; manage queries.
• Take ownership of Partner challenges and be proactive with Partners.
• Route within the cloud team and to other parts of the business when needed.
• Assist in creating business plans.
• Visit customer sites for meetings/presentations promoting Microsoft offerings.
• Monitor progress against customer SLAs to ensure service levels.
• Record activities on CRM.
• Maintain and develop technical skills/certifications as required.
