Job summary

Gosincro, backed by Easyship, seeks an experienced HR Manager for Corby. You will lead the UK HR function on-site, ensuring legal compliance, payroll accuracy, and a strong workplace culture.

You will report to the Head of HR in the US and coordinate HR activities across borders, adapting policies to UK law while maintaining global alignment. A hands-on, collaborative leader is essential for success.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 in HR leadership or equivalent experience in UK HR leadership.
• 3–5 years of experience as HR Manager or Senior HR in the UK.
• Experience in a hybrid, warehouse, logistics, or multi-site environment is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to liaise with US-based leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure UK compliance with employment legislation, ACAS guidelines, and GDPR.
• Collaborate daily with Head of HR in California to align UK operations with global HR strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end local HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and payroll.
• Manage payroll operations with UK finance/payroll providers and statutory schemes.
• Drive local performance, training, and culture initiatives.
