Job summary

Hoxton Wealth Group seeks an HR Manager (UK) to run day-to-day HR operations across its five UK offices, coordinating with Dubai-based Central Operations. You will manage employee relations, update policies to UK law, and support culture and M&A integration. Strong UK employment law knowledge and HR system proficiency are essential.

You’ll handle payroll inputs with Finance, maintain accurate records, and coach managers on fair, compliant handling of issues. Travel across UK offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a UK HR generalist or HR manager role covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience in employee relations casework, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and good practice.
• Clear, accurate writing and ability to draft policies and letters.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple offices and locations.
• Comfortable with HR systems and data accuracy; travel between UK offices.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for UK employees and managers across five offices.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, probation, changes to terms, absence, holiday, benefits and leavers.
• Carry out right-to-work checks and maintain compliant HR records and systems.
• Collaborate with Finance for payroll inputs and maintain smooth processes.
• Coach managers on ACAS-compliant handling of issues and maintain case notes.
