Job summary

GXO is seeking an experienced HR Compliance & Data Governance Manager to lead the governance framework and data quality across GXO UK&I. Based in Northampton with hybrid working, you will shape standards, controls and processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will own HR data governance, oversee audits, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal and Risk to drive improvements. A developing team will benefit from your leadership and hands-on, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or People Services within a large organisation.
• Experience building governance frameworks and compliance processes.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, Right to Work, DSARs and HR data quality.
• Confident leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strategic, hands-on with data-driven change; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or HRIS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Shape and embed the People Services compliance and governance framework across the employee lifecycle.
• Own HR data governance improving quality, integrity, consistency and transparency.
• Lead audit and assurance activity, maintain audit readiness and risks.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Risk, Internal Audit and Technology on compliance decisions.
• Lead and develop the team, drive automation and standardisation.
