Job summary

EnerSys is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver commercially focused HR solutions across the UK. You will support organisational development, wellbeing, resourcing, learning and policy, ensuring compliance with GDPR and statutory requirements.

You will coach managers, analyse labour trends, and contribute to global HR projects while promoting an inclusive culture and employee engagement across UK sites.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education and CIPD level 7 progress or equivalent.
• Proven experience as HR Advisor or similar role.
• Experience handling employee relations cases and organisational change.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to communicate confidently across the business and build relationships.
• Experience with HR systems and database management.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive engagement by contributing to the people plan and delivery of key people initiatives.
• Coach managers on policy and operational issues and provide action plans.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and practices.
• Analyse labour market trends and provide management information.
• Coordinate UK payroll provision and ensure compliance with GDPR.
• Support HR change programmes and UK/Global projects.
