Yü Energy is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on payroll, employee relations and HR system support to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

You will manage payroll administration, right-to-work checks, sponsorship and immigration compliance, ER casework, pension administration, and data reporting using PeopleHR and Paycircle while driving HR improvements and smooth employee experience.

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role with payroll focus.
