Job summary

Employment Hero seeks an HR Advisor to work with the UK team, delivering practical HR guidance to UK customers and navigating evolving UK employment law changes. You will support policy development, template maintenance, and client relationships while collaborating with the Sales team and creating engaging HR content.

This remote-first role requires availability for customer calls 9 AM–5 PM and a passion for staying current with employment legislation across industries.

Qualifications

• Proven track record interpreting legislation to develop practical, compliant HR policies across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication, quick-thinking, and time management skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical HR and workplace guidance to UK customers.
• Maintain compliant HR documentation, policies, and templates with UK employment law changes.
• Build client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive guidance.
• Support Sales by promoting HR Advisory services and creating engaging HR content.
• Draft and update HR templates, letters, and policies for various industries.
