Job summary

Employment Hero is hiring an HR Advisor to support UK-based customers with practical, compliant HR guidance. You’ll work with the HR Manager to navigate UK employment challenges, offering calls, templates, and proactive advisory support.

The role requires delivering compliant HR advice, maintaining policies, and updating clients on legal changes. You’ll also assist the Sales team with content and help grow HR advisory services in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Interpreting legislation to develop compliant HR policies for diverse clients.
• Experience handling UK employment law changes and templates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR guidance to UK customers via calls, Zendesk and email.
• Draft and review HR templates, letters, and policies for various sectors.
• Conduct compliance reviews of customer policies and monitor UK law changes.
• Support Sales with advisory content and promote HR services.
• Design engaging HR content for emails, help guides and blogs.
