Job summary

All Home Repairs 24/7 LTD is seeking a Managing Director (UK) to lead the UK contact centre and drive growth as the business expands internationally. You will own performance, people, strategy and growth, reporting directly to the founders and Board.

You will build a high‑performing leadership team, optimise operations, metrics and partner channels, and shape the UK path to international expansion with financial discipline and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must have proven contact centre operations management experience at senior level, including managing managers and full P&L accountability.
• Strong ability to read business numbers, identify time and cost waste, and implement fixes.
• Experience in commercial, growth-focused environments; reporting to a board.
• Track record of growing a business or operation, hands-on in a scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Run the UK contact centre end-to-end, including resourcing, scheduling, service levels, quality and conversion.
• Lead, develop and hold to account the contact centre managers and the wider UK team.
• Identify and deliver efficiencies across processes, systems and ways of working.
• Scale the business by enhancing products and pursuing new revenue opportunities.
• Grow subscription base and recurring revenue; develop affiliate and partnership channels.
• Own the UK P&L and provide regular performance reporting to the Board.
• Drive governance, MI and financial discipline across the operation.
