Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the UK business from an office-based base in the Home Counties, with occasional international travel.

You will own the P&L, set sales objectives, mentor staff, develop customer relationships, and drive growth in a distribution-focused, technical products environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling technical products or solutions.
• Experience in SME/UK distribution environments.
• Degree level education required or equivalent.
