Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a General Manager for Testing & Inspection, Medical & Pharmaceutical to oversee multiple acquired businesses. The role is home-based with UK travel; you will install KPIs, safeguard customers, own P&L, and drive integration across sites.

You will lead without fear, set operating standards, and build succession plans as the group grows through acquisitions in a fast-moving, equity-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a P&L (c£25m+) across multiple sites or businesses.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions work and processes would be a distinct advantage.
• Understanding of lean principles and related qualifications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install KPIs for acquired businesses to measure safety, quality, on-time delivery and lead times.
• Retain 100% of customers through transition during integrations.
• Own the Profit & Loss across each acquired business and drive financial accountability.
