Job summary

Untamed is seeking a hands-on UK supply chain lead to own 3PL, goods-in, UK inventory and outbound to retailers and D2C. You will partner with the Head of Supply Chain in a small, growing team to ensure accurate stock, timely replenishment and efficient outbound operations.

You will manage 3PL performance, forecast alignment and monthly reporting, while driving improvements and implementing best practices across warehousing and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, ideally FMCG or pet food.
• Experience managing 3PL and warehouse operations.
• Strong stock control and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to drive improvements and solutions by exception.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK stock from 3PL arrival to customer delivery.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with 3PL, SLA tracking and invoicing.
• Oversee UK inventory accuracy, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Run outbound for UK retailers and D2C, including despatch instructions and OTIF.
• Own weekly KPI pack and reporting on warehouse performance.
• Support month-end reporting with UK stock positions and write-offs.
• Lead the 3PL performance reviews and forecast alignment.
