Job summary

Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) in London seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead inbound service level performance, inventory planning, scheduling, and pallet optimization across fulfilment sites. You will use data to drive efficiency and partner with Operations and Retail to resolve fulfilment challenges.

You'll plan complex cross-functional projects and help optimise the supply chain and operating models for multiple business lines, including capacity planning and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive inbound service level performance to maximise product availability.
• Manage inventory placement and space allocation across fulfilment sites.
• Lead inbound scheduling and weekly planning adjustments.
• Drive pallet compliance and efficiency with suppliers and internal teams.
• Improve inbound flow predictability and smooth volume distribution.
• Analyse data to identify efficiency improvements and define operating models.
• Partner with Operations and Retail to manage fulfilment challenges and drive improvements.
• Support planning and organisation of complex cross-functional projects.
