Pet Drugs Online in the UK is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Manager to own picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring orders are delivered safely, accurately and on time. Reporting to the Head of Warehouse Operations, you will lead a team of six Team Leaders and translate demand into effective labour plans.

This hands-on leadership role rewards coaching, process improvement and performance management in a fast-paced warehouse, with a focus on productivity, quality and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading high-volume fulfilment, warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong people management skills with experience leading supervisors or shift managers.
• Excellent labour planning and operational control capabilities.
• Experience using data and KPIs to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day fulfilment operation across picking, packing and dispatch.
• Creating labour and shift plans that align resources with customer demand.
• Monitoring performance and proactively managing operational challenges.
• Ensuring carrier cut-off times are achieved and orders are dispatched on time.
• Coaching and developing six Team Leaders for performance and safety.
• Driving improvements in productivity, quality and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborating with warehouse colleagues to ensure stock availability.
• Using data and KPIs to identify issues and support decision-making.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety and operational discipline.
