Untamed, a fast-growing UK pet brand, seeks a UK Supply Chain Lead to own the end-to-end UK stock flow from 3PL intake to delivery to retailers, D2C and Amazon. This hands-on role sits in a small team undergoing growth and change.

You will manage 3PL relationships, run monthly performance reviews, control stock accuracy, run outbound for retailers and D2C, and drive KPI reporting with NetSuite as a backbone.

Formación

• 3–5 years in logistics, fulfillment or warehouse operations.
• Day-to-day management of a 3PL or warehouse.
• Stock control experience: cycle counts, reconciliations, adjustments and rework.
• Work by exception and see issues through to closure.
• Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ERP/WMS familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own UK stock from 3PL arrival to customer delivery.
• Manage 3PL relationship, SLAs and recovery plans.
• Run outbound for UK retailers and D2C; validate orders.
• Lead monthly 3PL performance reviews with Head of Supply Chain.
• Produce weekly KPI pack on orders, OTIF and stock on hand.
• Support month-end reporting and UK stock adjustments.
• Be NetSuite super-user for receiving and fulfilment.
