Job summary

Pod Talent is recruiting a Logistics Distribution Manager for London, working 2 days in the office with responsibility for outbound fulfilment across B2B, D2C, retail and marketplace channels. You will lead relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders and fulfilment partners to deliver OTIF, drive cost efficiency and improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfilment, distribution and logistics in consumer goods or e-commerce
• Proven track record with 3PLs and freight forwarders
• Experience delivering operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Hands-on, commercially minded with supplier negotiation and accountability
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment and distribution across channels
• Own relationships with 3PLs and freight forwarders; ensure SLAs and KPIs
• Drive OTIF performance and monitor metrics; implement improvements
• Identify cost reduction opportunities across warehousing, freight and logistics
• Act as escalation point for fulfilment/delivery issues; cross-functional resolution
• Lead and develop a small operations team; create scalable processes
