Job summary
ICE is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the UK. The role involves diagnosing, servicing and repairing a range of industrial cleaning equipment, ensuring repairs meet contracted SLAs and maintaining high safety standards.
You will travel within the UK, perform planned maintenance, PA tests, and provide detailed site reports. A driving licence and relevant repair qualifications are required; prior field service experience is highly valued.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or training in industrial equipment repair and maintenance is advantageous.
- Full UK manual driving licence essential.
- Proficiency in diagnosing, servicing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality support to customers through courteous communication.
- Ensure all jobs are attended and repairs completed within SLA.
- Attend follow-up calls to complete repairs after parts orders.
- Perform scheduled maintenance services as instructed.
- Attend PA Test calls on time and complete.
- Maintain high standards of service and repair on machinery.
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules at all times.
- Update all jobs in SERVICESMARTPro (SSP) with accurate data.
- Provide detailed reports after each site visit to preserve asset data integrity.
