Job summary

ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to diagnose, service and repair a range of industrial cleaning equipment across customer sites in the UK. You will ensure repairs are completed within SLA, maintain detailed reports, and support continuous improvements to service processes.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, strong mechanical and electrical understanding, and excellent communication to interact with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment.
• Full UK manual driving licence essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to customers with courteous communication.
• Attend and complete all service calls within SLA.
• Diagnose, service and repair cleaning equipment at customer sites.
• Record all activities in SERVICESMARTPro and maintain asset data integrity.
• Order parts and manage van stock to ensure timely repairs.
