Job summary
ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the United Kingdom to diagnose, service and repair a range of industrial cleaning equipment at customer sites. You will handle on-site visits, preventive maintenance, and follow safety procedures while keeping customers informed with clear, professional communication.
The role requires a mechanical/electrical engineering background, a full UK driving licence, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
- Certifications in industrial equipment repair are advantageous.
- Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
- Experience diagnosing, servicing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality support to customers with courteous communication.
- Attend and complete scheduled maintenance and PA tests (PA Test) on time.
- Diagnose, service and repair a range of cleaning machinery.
- Update job data in the central system (SSP) and maintain accurate records.
- Order parts and manage van stock to ensure timely repairs.
